Frida leads the firm in its mission to deliver the best client results in the
management consulting industry.
Over the course of nearly 20 years of professional experience, she has served in a variety of leadership roles, including more than 10 years at
British American Tobacco, the world leading tobacco company occupying regional roles mainly in
Finance and
Marketing Finance, and most recently as the Managing Director of
Breakfast & Co heading both the management of
Zaatar w Zeit and the shared services of the group. Until the day she decided to fly on her own and established “
Effect Management Consulting” driven by the belief in being able to help companies challenge standard patterns of thoughts and thriving in change for the sake of bringing higher value.
During the course of her career, Frida has a long and successful record of helping companies with strategy and other general management challenges. She has particular depth working with significant clients across the Food and beverage industry and broad experience in FMCGs, but draws upon a variety of cross-industry experience as well, including manufacturing and other.
Frida has Two MBAs in Finance and another one in Management and an extensive experience in
Finance,
Marketing Finance,
Strategy and Management. She is CMA certified and holds an executive certificate in Corporate Strategies from Georges Washington University. She has recently been certified as a balanced scorecard licensed practitioner in strategic planning, strategy execution and performance measurement and management system development and implementation.
